  • Abstract
    Engine fault diagnosis based on vibration signal analysis which may recognize fault in engine no disassembly state is a research focus. Sampling timing and correct signal is the key of signal analysis. The vibration signal sampling system was built rationally after choosing and connecting instruments correctly in this article. Experimental plan was designed according to the need of DA462 engine vibration signal analysis. Conclusion of analyzing vibration signal show the experimental plan is feasible and reasonable.
