    On behalf of the organizing committees, we welcome you to the 24th IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence (ICTAI 2012) held in Athens, Greece. We greatly appreciate the authors for their outstanding paper contributions and we thank them in advance for their participation.
