Abstract :
In this article, the detection principle of mesh status between wormgear and worm of wattmeter which based on digital video graduation technology is illustrated. The system grabs image with CCD camera, detects the mesh status between wormgear and worm of wattmeter based on digital video graduation technology which achieved by SAA712, SAA7111 and FPGA. The system is featured of fast, accurate and low-cost. The system is used to work now and have a good result.
