Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. We consider a three-electrodes gap, provided there is a perforated one-hole electrode inside the gap. If a positive impulse voltage of the sufficient magnitude is applied to the hole-electrode relative to the cathode, then nonstationary plasma is formed with increasing concentration of charged particles in the cathode-electrode region. Appearance of particles due to the diffusion and drift in the electrode-anode region changes the potential distribution.
