Abstract
This paper describes the design of a class D amplifier for hearing aid devices using PWM modulation technique. The new topology used to overcome offset problems promotes low power consumption and low harmonic distortion. The amplifier presents an efficiency of 93% with just 1.9% of THD, indicating a good compromise between efficiency and linearity.
