Abstract :
In this paper, comprehensive diagnostic system using both Electrocardiogram(ECG) and cardiac Marker for Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI) is suggested for the early diagnosis and improving the diagnostic accuracy. In this paper, comprehensive diagnostic system using both ECG and cardiac Marker for AMI is suggested for the early diagnosis and improving the diagnostic accuracy. A ECG detector checks patient´s heart status and senses the abruptly changing ECG signal in real time. The date and time detected abnormal signal are sent to the appointed hospital through the smartphone equipped with Bluetooth. Also, patients extract their blood sample regularly and check the concentration of cardiac marker(Troponin I, Troponin T, CK-MB and Myoglobin) using AMI diagnostic device. After testing, the measured data from the AMI device and the ECG device are transferred to the patient´s smartphone via Bluetooth, and these data are directly sent to medical staff when unstable ECG signals or abrupt signal changes occur. Medical staff can also remotely check a patient´s status by using the client program. If the patient´s cardiac marker concentration exceeds the standard level or there is an abnormal ECG, they can contact the patient or take immediate emergency action. Patients can also confirm a prescription from the medical staff via the smartphone application.
