Abstract :
The paper analyses heat insulation cavity of insulated cabin and brings forward heat exchanging mathematic models, boundary conditions and treat with cabin correctly. It makes 3D finite element model of 1/4 cargo cabin for 125000 m3 LNG carrier with ANSYS, calculate it with APDL program , gains temperature field distributing for insulated cabin in all conditions and total quantity of exchange heat, BOR and so on. The analysis results come up to vessel reference, it shows that model and simulation calculation are feasible.
