Abstract :
I welcome you to the Second International Conference on Consumer Electronics-Berlin (ICCE-Berlin 2011). This new conference was planned by Prof Hase from Japan, and me. This conference is modelled on IEEE Consumer Electronics Society´s flagship conference, the ICCE in Las Vegas. It is held annually in conjunction with the Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
