Abstract
Biological effects from electromagnetics are discussed. A summary of the leading interactions is presented. An electrical model which explains the biological interactions in electrical terms is presented. Methods of mitigating the effect of power systems on biological systems are noted. An appendix provides a comprehensive mathematical development of the model components
