  • Abstract
    This paper has a discussion on the emergency traffic organization programs after the traffic accident happened. Firstly, this paper analyzes the influence and spread laws of expressway traffic accident. Then, based on the analysis, this paper divides the expressway traffic accident influential zone into protection zone, control zone and buffer in accordance with the scope of the influence of traffic accident. Finally, this paper establishes the emergency traffic organization programs of the three zones, which are like this: The traffic organization of protection zone is to protect the accident scene, the organization way of control zone mainly include speed control and the notice of accident message, while the organization way of buffer mainly include message inducement, traffic closure, division, and pass through the opposite lane.
