Abstract :
Establishing a reasonable connecting preference is one of the most important opinions to give priority to the development of urban public transport now. From the view of equilibrium among the three commuter traffic modes(bus transfer metro, bus transfer bus and auto), the generalized travel utility was introduced into the logit model, the model parameters were calibrated through traffic data survey, and the change of each mode´s share rates was analyzed based on random utility theory under different public transport connecting preference strategy. The value of public transport connecting preference was calculated according to the expected public transport share rate, and the best preference strategy was found by using the sensitivity testing. The result shows that the public transport connecting preference model is feasible for decision-making to relevant departments.
