Abstract
For the measurement of nanosecond pulsed current, time domain calibration of current probes is discussed. A dynamic model for a self-integrating Rogowski coil is established based on the time domain calibration data. This modeling method can be used to describe the low-frequency distortion of the probe and it can also be used to compensate the distorted output of the probe. The validity of the established model is verified by experimental data both in time domain and in frequency domain
