Abstract :
Among theses dynamic traffic assignment models, the processing of real-time traffic information and the feature of multi-user, stochastic demand the models response rapidly to the changing condition. Traditionally algorithm assignment the traffic flow based on the average network condition, can´t reflect the changing of the traffic. This algorithm the paper inferred dynamic assignment the traffic based on the real-time information acquired from the advance traffic device, the result indicate the network equilibrium nicely.
