Abstract :
We presented the efficient performance of Yb:YAG/Cr, Yb:YAG self-Q-switched microchip lasers by bonding Yb:YAG crystal under high-brightness laser-diode pumping. The effects of transmission of the output coupler (Toc) and the pump intensities on the performance of the Yb:YAG/Cr, Yb:YAG self-Q-switched microchip laser were addressed.
