  • Abstract
This text applies fuzzy influence diagram theory to forecast the freight channel traffic flow in Emeishan. According to fuzzy influence diagram theory, many factors which affect the traffic flow were selected. The model of the traffic flow forecast and assessment model was put forward based on fuzzy influence diagram theory. After we apply this method in the practice, this method of the traffic flow forecast and assessment are proved to be effective in course of the accuracy of the forecast traffic flow. And it is able to describe the relations of these factors which are uncertainty and variability. In the practice, we can find these advantages of this method which including understandable, simplicity of calculation, programmability. And it is a certain application value for the traffic flow forecast and assessment, construction of transport facilities, transportation safety management and transportation organizations.
