Abstract :
Modulation and Demodulation are important aspects in communication. The paper will give the results of modulation and demodulation circuit using analog multiplier. These multiplier works in four quadrant and design especially for ISM band. Simulation is done on T-Spice and implemented by using TSMC 180nm level 49. Noise at the input is having less effect on output as differential structure is use so noise added in the channel will get cancel out which is the advantage while designing of the circuit for communication.
