Abstract :
A simple way is proposed to estimate an approximate behavior for a mixer. The best mixer approximation (BMA) is the best approximation in least square sense for a given class of signals, namely the class of the Gaussian signals with a fixed power spectrum. As a consequence, the BMA depends on the power of the input signal. The aim of this paper is to estimate one model that predicts the BMA for any input power within an a priori specified range of powers based on simulation experiments.
