Abstract :
In this paper, we discuss the method of FEC comparison. Such method should satisfy the following requirements: possibility to investigate big amount of cathode per short time and possibility to investigate cathode inside a finished device. Moreover the method should not only permit a comparison of cathodes but it has to reveal the cause of the differences between cathodes.
