Abstract :
The principle of AC-AC matrix converter (MC) based on Venturini is studied. This method not only made the power switch control signals understandable, simple and effective, but also realized the MC´s good input-output electrical characteristic. A complete simulation scheme is discussed by Matlab/Simulink and validated by the TMS320LF2407 DSP. Simulation and experimental results both show that this strategy is effective and practical.
