Abstract :
The paper aims to how to select the best supplier more effectively and accurately. It is suggested that recessive purchasing cost, such as quality, leading time, punctual delivery, purchasing batch size, should be calculated into total purchasing cost before establishing appraisal system. The paper analyze how those recessive factor influence the total cost and try to appraise supplier by entropy weight-grey relational analysis . In the end, a case is raised to show whole process of assessment and prove the theory is effective.
