  • Abstract
    In this paper, we use the Poisson and current-voltage equations in considering the influence of space charge on an IP-VME diode. It is proved that, there is a three halves power relationship between the anode current density and anode voltage for the IP-VME diode with the typical operating condition p=2/3.
