Abstract :
A hybrid architecture for real-time monitoring and analysis of the VHF band is proposed. The design employs digital signal processing and neural network techniques for detection and classification, along with novel fuzzy logic enhancements and decision-making. The resulting hybrid solution is shown to provide significant performance improvements as compared to a binary logic-based system, and it simplifies design and coding requirements
