Abstract :
The impact analysis was done to precise bolt FE model by explicit software LS-DYNA. The bolt simple model was created using anisotropic material and plastic strain damage rule based on anterior calculated results. With same boundary conditions, the stress and strain results of precise and simple model were compared and simple model material parameters were improved based on models difference. The calculating results show that the stress and relative displacement of jointed part in simple model was basic same with that of precise model. Using simple model can decrease elements of jointed part in system impact damage analysis and improve calculative efficiency. At the same time, this model can ensure calculative precise too.
