Abstract
The field electron emission behaviors from carbon nanotube (CNT) film were studied under pulse-voltage excitation. The transparent anode technique was used to measure the field electron emission current of the carbon nanotube films. It was found that the amplitude of emission currents of the films under the pulsed field decreases with increasing frequency of input pulse, but increases with decreasing duty ratio of input pulse.
