Abstract :
In this work, the first demonstrations were carried out on a GaAs-based QW VECSEL on which we deposited a very thin metallic masque (~ 5nm). We demonstrate single frequency operation for a VECSEL emitting on single high-order transverse Laguerre-Gauss (LG) mode.
