Abstract :
According to the problem of the intervals of traditional traffic information collection technologies based on GPS equipped floating car chose by experience, or on which theoretical researches divorcing from reality at different degree, the optimization technologies for the sampling interval and transmitting interval are designed considering the influencing factors and verified with measured data. The results show that the best sampling interval and transmitting interval can be determined intuitively using the optimization technologies above, and various schemes can be provided according to the actual conditions and concrete needs.
