Abstract
This paper presents the impact of electromagnetic wave propagation on HEMT device electrodes in transient response. The proposed model is used in analysis and simulation of a MMIC compatible, Ka band power amplifier. Final results are the comparison between the simulation results in semi-distributed and lumped models, respectively.
