Study of Mass Customization in Cluster Supply Chain

Cluster supply chain is a new kind of supply chain. This paper first put forward the origin of cluster supply chain, then explored attributes of cluster supply chain compared with the traditional chain, at last gave feature of mass customization in cluster supply chain. It is proved that the advantages in cluster supply chain system derive from multitude hierarchical and functional driving levels. Factors such as quantity, important degree of offered items and convenient degree of obtained items illustrate that cooperation styles in supply chain would not only have one, so it makes sense that multi-style cooperation exists in cluster supply chain.
