Base on the Factorial Appraisement and Contrast of China Rural Area Living Standard

Referring to the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee, our country should do efforts to strengthen the agriculture instability, support the lagging rural development and expedite the farmers´ gains. Then, we must understand the life actuality of our national rural district. In this way can we understand each region´s development mission. Through SPSS software, the present paper is devoted to the principal component analysis and factor analysis based on the living consumption expenditure data of per capita of the whole nation´s 31 provinces, cities and municipalities´ rural households in 2007. Thereby can we obtain the farmers´ living standard score of each district and do the ranks.
