Abstract
In this work, Zn doped Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/ phosphor for lower resistivity, to improve luminance and fine particle by sol-gel method has been investigated. Effects of crystallinity, photo and cathodoluminescent properties of Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/:Eu on Zn were investigated.
