Abstract :
Scheduling algorithm is one of critical factors to ensure Quaulity of Service in IEEE802.16 mesh network. Scheduling algorithm of control subframe in distributed mesh network was defined in IEEE802.16 standard. But that of data subframe has not defined. The researches on minislot scheduling algorithm of data subframe were focused on some aspects of performance improvement. In order to enhance minislot the utilization rate, this paper presents a minislot allocation algorithm based on an optimal allocation model to minimize the number of discrete minislot windows and achieve the goal of distributing minislots as successive as possible. The design idea of the algorithm is described, algorithm analysis and simulation are also implemented. All the simulation results show that the algorithm proposed has a higher minislot utilization rate and lower packet transmission delay.
