Abstract :
In this paper, the conductivity change of a SWNT bundle lying on two electrodes upon the adsorption of TTF and TCNQ was reported. Tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) and 7,7,8,8,-tetracyano-p-quinodimethane (TCNQ) are well known strong charge transfer molecules; TCNQ is an avid acceptor of electrons and TTF an electron donor. Adsorption behavior between SWNTs and charge transfer molecules were examined by XPS analysis.
