Abstract
The steady and dynamic features of high performance induction motor drive systems fed by voltage inverters with a switching frequency of 200-400 Hz are determined by structures used for controller and modulation. Optimized pulse patterns are applied from the medium frequency range synchronizing pulse and fundamental frequency. This work presents a direct torque-controlling technique for controlling a high performance induction motor drive system. This technique combines the demand for high dynamic torque control with the advantages of using optimized synchronous pulse patterns in steady state
