Abstract :
Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are always on the lookout for simple but effective IT solutions that will present new business opportunities. For example, MSMEs exploited the Internet to join the global online business-to-business marketplace. Might they do the same in emerging countries with explosive growth in smartphones--not only catching up to larger industry rivals but also surpassing them?
