Abstract :
In order to point out a road of sustainable development of commercial housing market in Xi´an, In this paper, the SD model handling nonlinear advantage is used to simulate the 2012-2015 Xi´an commercial housing demand, supply and price trends, And successfully pointed out that the development path of Xi´an commercial housing market. This paper exceeds other articles lies in the use of affect factors rate to simulate its impact of the size of the price, supply and demand ratio, and identify the degree of the impact of the key factors.
