Abstract :
Paper black liquor with the colour five million times and COD concentration 7028 mg/L were researched with CWAO method. The single factor experiment to determine the papermaking black liquor reaction pressure influence on process were done. When the reaction pressure is increased 3.5Mpa by 1.5Mpa, the best decolored rate is up to 46.41% and 61.05% accordingly. the removal rate of COD is up to 40.24% and 62.31%, The same phenomenon also appeared in the PH and turbidity removal rate. The results show that wastewater decolored rate improve with the reaction pressure adding and reaction time extend. The COD removal rate, water turbidity removal rate, pH in different time periods with the increasing with the increasement of reaction pressure, and different degree improvements were displayed.
