Abstract
Spatial information continues rapid growth with increasing demand for spatial information process technologies. We have faced more and more spatial resources in a distributed network. The conventional idea of spatial data mining and knowledge discovery is not suitable to this circumstance. In this paper, a new notion for spatial knowledge acquirement and application is discussed. Base on the study of spatial knowledge flow in grid environment, the process of spatial data mining and knowledge discovery is viewed as a series of services. We have gone into detail in spatial knowledge grid service composition based AI planning, and using hierarchical task network to achieve spatial knowledge grid service composition is also proposed in the paper.
