Abstract :
We present in this paper a novel scheme based on the Internet and web for intelligently and dynamically building up Internet-distributed control system (IDCS). The scheme brings to IDCS the facilities of seamless expansion, platform independency, reliable distributed smart components and ease of administration. Detail contents of the scheme including hierarchy and architecture, XML-based description to components and their actions, and interfaces of components are introduced.
