Abstract
A novel expansible current-mode sorter based on magnitude is proposed. The structure of this sorter is simple. The chips of the sorter can be easily used in expansible way. At present, the sorter has been successfully fabricated in single-metal 1 μm N-well standard digital CMOS process. Experimental results show that the sorter has good performance
