Abstract :
A novel method for finding multiple roots of nonlinear equations is developed, which were not well solved by the other methods. The approach is especially suitable for finding the double roots of nonlinear equations. Several examples are given to illustrate the efficiency of the new method and to give the comparison with the recent cubic convergent methods. The results showed that the proposed approach can find the multiple roots of polynomials at a very rapid convergence and very high accuracy with less computation.
