Abstract :
In this paper the scheduling technology including modeling and formulation is discussed. By the theory of the state task network (STN) representation and the STN formulation of Kondili et.al., the idea of software which supports to model, solve, and illustrate the scheduling results with Gantt chart, and emulates the process production according to the scheduling results is introduced. Also, an application of the software in chemical process industries is presented.
