Abstract :
Millimeter wavelength transceiver with linear frequency control has been developed and investigated. It consists of FET VCO, a buffer amplifier and a mixer. The special varactor diode was developed to improve the linearity of frequency tuning. The frequency tuning range was 3 GHz, nonlinearity is less than 40%. The noise figure of the receiver was less than 13 dB at IF frequency 100 kHz.
