Abstract :
The SHF installation on the basis of single-mode chambers waveguide type for individually high-temperature heating products from oxides materials is designed and produced. Heat treatment of samples zirconium products, in modes providing a volumetric warming up up to technological temperature 1700?C is lead. With level-by-level research of properties the heat treatment products have confirmed high uniformity of structure of a material on height of a product.
