  • Abstract
    3.0 to 5.5 GHz microwave monolithic phase shifter with dimensions 3.2 times 1.8 times 0.125 mm3 has been developed., 7.0 dB insertion loss, phase shift 0-60deg has been achieved, it is better than 2.4 VSWR.
