  • Abstract
    The 4-bit digital attenuator MMIC development results with a small insertion loss have been presented. The attenuator chip with dimensions 1.7 times 1.7 mm2 has been made to provide insertion loss about 2.5 dB and the signal amplitude control from DC to 4 GHz broadband on range from 0 to 15 dB with step 1 dB.
