Abstract :
This paper introduces the pretreatment equipment before anticorrosion for the metal structure piece, which adopts premixed abrasive jet technique. Structure, working principles, and main technological parameters of the equipment have been given. It has been analyzed how to determine mixing chamber diameter. Through derusting experiment, basic jet parameters that influence the performance of derusting are investigated. Suitable parameters have been decided. The practical derusting application for the metal structure piece has been made. The results show that the equipment is characterized by its high derusting efficiency (as high as 20m2/h), good derusting quality (as good as GB8923-88 Sa 2.5), and low specific power consumption (about 0.3kw·h/m2). So it is a type of high efficiency pretreatment equipment.
