Abstract :
This presentation describes the correction of fast-axis beam errors for multi-bar diode laser pump system, a kilowatt pumping system for planar waveguide Yb:YAG lasers, and a beam shaping technique for equalised beam parameter product for fibre pump system using multiple bar stacks. This work also discusses the future role of corrective micro-optics in ultra-high brightness diode laser for disk and fibre laser pumping
