Abstract :
In order to deal with the problems of mixing of producing water and pharmacy in current oil field, the mixed mechanism of spiral static mixer was analyzed. With the purpose of designing a new type mixers, numerical simulation of flow field in three spiral static mixers with different structure was conducted by using of CFD software. Moreover the medicine-injecting way and blade length were optimized respectively. The simulation result shows that: The mixture effect of dosing in tube wall was worst and the effect of mixer with three dosing tube was best. The influence of vane length on flow pressure drop is little. Therefore the vane length can be designed fairly freely according to actual need.
