Abstract :
High-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) is a kind of novel, continuous and efficient liquid-liquid partition chromatographic separation technique. It has been widely applied in the fields of biomedicine, food industry, and so on. The work principle of HSCCC was introduced, its recent application and research progress in active ingredients separation in Traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) were reviewed in the article. Besides the development trend of HSCCC was also prospected.
