Abstract :
ITO/CuPc:C60/Al and ITO/CuPc/C60/Al organic hetero structure devices been made on ITO glass substrates. The result of experiment showed that when the molar ratio of CuPc and C60 is 1:1, the current dencity is 0.79mA/cm2. Transmission / absorption / reflectance changes with wavelength of two thickness of CuPc films been tested, the results show that Wavelength in 340-370nm and 570-720nm, light absorption rate is about 90%. Surface analysis of double-heterojunction device and mixed heterojunction device with a scanning electron microscope also been carried out.
